Protecting 1469 Yemeni children from malnutrition

 

Yemeni people face the risk of malnutrition, especially pregnant and lactating women and girls and children under 5 years old. This project will reduce levels of malnutrition by 2020 through community-oriented strategy .Supporting proper nutrition, health care, teaching women and raising community awareness are vital pillars in the project that will reduce excess morbidity and mortality caused by malnutrition amongst 285 of children under 5 years of age and 639 of pregnant and lactating women.

Decrease the percentage of dropout from schools

Sanaa Governorate ,amanh alasemah district (1 school ,200 families ) there are IDPs and host communities are located in this area . At present, there is no programs supported of dropout of children from schools which does not sufficiently provide for all children needs in Sanaa ,amanh alasemah district . Indeed, Yemen suffers a big economic problems and is one of the least developed countries in the world. However, this has not affected its generosity in maintaining an open door policy towards
