Delivery of Humanitarian Aid from Indonesian A C T to 250 families
Sunday, Sanid Organization for Relief and Development (SAND) distributed 250 food baskets which was provided and funded by the Indonesian organization ``A C T`` (AKSICEPAT TANGGAP) for 250 families at Shoub municipality in the capital Sana'a. In a press statement, the Executive Director of Sanid for Relief and Development Mr. Abdulrahman Ahmad Al-Khulani said that the organization distributed 250 humanitarian aid packages which was provided and funded by the Indonesian organization ``A C T`` and which work in the humanitarian field for the first time in Yemen to a number of 250 affected families (displaced), and widows. He pointed out that launching such aids for such cases is the first phase and will be followed by other phases of aids, including large numbers of Yemeni affected and needy families. “The food baskets of Indonesian aids (A C T) includes (25 kg of flour, 10 kilos of rice, 10 kilos of sugar, 10 cans of beans, 2 kilos of dates, 4 liters of oil)”, said the executive director of Sanid. On the other hand, the beneficiary families of the aids have expressed their great happiness and praised the humanitarian position of Indonesian Organization and Sanid Organization.
